Shipping & Return Policies
Order Processing
- Bookstore orders will be shipped out the same business day if they are received by 11:00 AM Arizona Time, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Additional exclusions may apply.
- Once an order has been submitted successfully, an invoice and confirmation email will be sent. A separate email will be sent regarding a tracking number, once NASCLA has processed the order.
- If you did not receive a confirmation email within two business days of submission, please contact NASCLA.
- All orders containing five (5) or more books must be submitted as a Purchase Order. To view our Purchase Order Policies and Procedures, please click here. The NASCLA Bookstore will decline any purchases that exceed the limit of five (5) or more books.
- NASCLA is closed for all Federal Holidays.
- NASCLA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Standard Shipping
- United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail is used for standard shipping. USPS delivery may take 2-7 business days.
- NASCLA does not ship internationally using USPS. All international orders must be shipped by FedEx International.
- Shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, mail carrier handling, and other uncontrollable events are not eligible for a refund.
- NASCLA is unable to guarantee delivery time for USPS and FedEx services.
FedEx Information
- All expedited FedEx services will be available to select when viewing your cart.
- FedEx Standard/Priority Overnight shipping will deliver only on business days (Monday – Friday), not including federal holidays.
- NASCLA does not offer Saturday delivery.
- FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical shipping address is needed for expedited delivery.
- If you do not receive your FedEx delivery on the scheduled delivery day, please track your package on fedex.com. A FedEx tracking number will be issued and emailed to you once it has been processed by NASCLA.
Return/Exchange Policy
- To request a return, please submit your request here.
- NASCLA does not refund shipping & handling fees.
- NASCLA can issue a refund/exchange for any order that meets the following criteria:
- Order must be within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Book(s) must be the most current edition.
- The book must be returned in its original shrink-wrap packaging, as it was received. Books that have been opened, highlighted, written in, or have tabs will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Returns or exchanges for books purchased from an outside third-party company will not be accepted.
- If your examination has a 60–90-day grace period to use either the previous edition or the newest released edition, NASCLA will not accept any refunds or exchanges for the previous edition.

Lost/Damaged Packages
- If you have not received your package within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date, please contact NASCLA. If NASCLA is not notified within the specified time frame, your order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Note: Some USPS mail carriers may place your package in or at a mailbox rather than a door delivery.
- If your package has been delivered damaged, please contact NASCLA as soon as possible to discuss a resolution.
- NASCLA cannot replace any orders that have been delivered to an incorrect address if a customer entered the incorrect information.
Other
- NASCLA does not offer any services to drop ship a bookstore order. Any special instructions regarding packing slips and/or invoices must be handled in advance by the payee and any additional associates. If you have any questions, please contact NASCLA.
- If any modifications need to be made for an order, please call NASCLA as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been issued, NASCLA cannot make any revisions to the shipping information.
